Take the 20! Day Challenge

Since your stomach will shrink in the first week and some within the first few days you should see rapid weight reduction in 20! days.  I lost 20 lbs in my first 20! days.  It started slowly because of the process doesn’t take place until your stomach shrinks and mine was shrunk in 4 days.  From then on the weight started dropping off.  I lost 20 lbs in 20 days and it kept falling off for the first 30 days.  Then it has been about 1.5 lbs a week and I reached my ideal weight at 150 days or 5 months.  This is 45 lbs. in 5 months and about 6 lbs a month.
